| 16/09/2026 18:45:29 | An update regarding the Indigo West cable system: The restoration work for the shunt fault in the Indigo West cable system has been completed by our upstream carrier as scheduled on 15 September at 03: 53 UTC. After the final bight was released and power control was returned to CLS, Indigo West was powered up. However, traffic did not restore as expected. Further testing has revealed that the fault, initially identified as a shunt fault, has now deteriorated into a full cut. The restoration schedule, previously planned for 02 to 09 October 2026, is now under review by Indigo. We will share further updates as new information becomes available. |
