Our upstream carrier has advised that shunt repair work will be conducted on the Indigo West (Perth-Singapore) intercapital/international backhaul network. This work is scheduled to take place from 8 AM AWST on July 25, 2026, until 1 AM AWST on August 6, 2026 (GMT+8). During this period, the cable will be unavailable.

If your service utilizes this link, traffic will be rerouted through alternative paths between Australia and Singapore.

10/06/2026 14:53:19 We have been advised by our backhaul carrier between Singapore and Perth (Indigo West) that they will be conducting shunt repair work between 25/07/26 8AM AWST up until 06/08/26 1AM AWST (GMT+8) causing the cable to become unavailable. If you have a Protected Service using this link with Virtutel or an Internet/VPN service that uses this path, traffic will be sent through different paths between Australia and Singapore.
01/07/2026 16:32:26 Indigo has advised us that Shunt Fault Repair times have been decreased and the system will now only be offline between 25/07/26 08: 00 and 29/07/26 07: 00 AWST/SGT while they conduct works. Protected and Internet Traffic during this period will route via alternative routes.
